We are regulated by RICS and provide professional advice on all aspects of property and construction, including the aftercare and performance of existing buildings.
Over 20 years, we have built a reputation for designing and delivering successful building projects across residential, commercial, conservation, health and industrial sectors, with three staff members each having over 30 years' experience. The majority of our work comes from client referral.
We specialise in difficult planning and building regulations applications, including Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas and contaminated land issues, and regularly attend Sefton Council and West Lancs Borough Council planning forums.
